RFQ ID: RFQ1636034 Set-Aside Type: Small Business set-aside MAS Category/SIN: MAS: 54151S Description The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) seeks to acquire system administration and technical support services to provide, configure, implement, and administer a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET). NASA is looking to potentially award a single-award contract for the configuration, integration, and administration of a newsoftware-as-a-service (i.e., cloud-based) enterprise-wide solution that includes hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance / support services, and system administration. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information and capability statements from industry for the NASA Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET) requirement. NASA requires all vendors interested in replying to this RFI provide a 15-page capability statement that addresses the requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a request for information only, and the Government reserves the right to solicit or not solicit this requirement. **Please note that responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government for a binding contract.
