RFQ ID: RFQ1639985 Set-Aside Type: N/A MAS Category/SIN: MAS: 54151S Description The U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Healthcare and Insurance (HI) program office requires a Contractor to provide Information Technology (IT) application support services in the areas of Business Analysis/Quality Assurance, Cost Estimation, and Communications. HI uses these services to support business processes and applications to support and administer the Federal Health Employees Benefits (FEHB) program. Additional, HI is responsible under the Postal Service Reform Act of 2022 to establish the Postal Service Health Benefits Program (PSHB) and administer under which OPM will contract with Carriers to offer health benefits plans for United States Postal Service (USPS) employees and retirees. The bill provides for coordinated enrollment of retirees under this program and Medicare. A list of these applications is available in the Appendix. HI intends to issue a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for IT application support services to award a Firm-fixed Price purchase order to an offeror.
