Harrington is a distinguished executive with over three decades of experience leading growth-focused organizations in both the government services and private technology sectors. Before McKinsey, Harrington held multiple leadership roles throughout the government services sector, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, CGI Federal, and SRA International, as well as in private sector technology roles that included Johnson & Johnson, Ariba (now part of SAP), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
