Rob will work with the President and senior leadership team in driving the organizational vision, strategy, operations, and human resource needs. He will strengthen internal processes and procedures, and support financial stability to maintain a firm foundation for continued growth.
Rob brings more than 20 years of wide-ranging experience to his new role, including senior level P&L responsibilities at high-performing technical organizations. In his prior roles, he has demonstrated an exceptional track record in driving growth and improving organizational performance. Rob is also a veteran of the USCG Reserves, where he served in key leadership roles related to the Deepwater Horizon response and on the National Strike Force.
