A protest has been filed by  Mitchell Vantage Systems, LLC  with the General Accountability Office related to a $298M National Aeronautics and Space Administration to provide Mission Systems Engineering and Payload and Instrument Systems Engineering Services as well as guidance, navigation, and control systems services.
