Thearin Wendel, a business leader, operations director and strategic program developer, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Federal Civilian Programs at S2Technologies. Thearin has experience leading programs and projects to improve program management, IT systems, security and hazards analysis, emergency response, energy efficiency, and health risk assessment. This work has included organizational program development, oversight/control, and strategic plans to be presented to all levels of leadership including Congress and the President.
