Patrick Ingram, a contracting expert, armed with over 28 years experience leading all facets of Federal Acquisition, Logistics, Information Technology, and Business Operations, has taken on new role as the Chief Acquisition Officer at the US Small Business Administration. Mr. Ingram previously served as Deputy Senior Procurement Executive at the US Department of Transportation, where he managed a variety of acquisition lines of business including: acquisition policy oversight and business strategy, workforce development, integrated systems management and reporting, among others.
