“The Deputy Associate Commissioner for Electronic Services and Systems Integration (DAC, OESSI) in the Office of Hearings Operations serves as full deputy and "alter ego" to the Associate Commissioner, OESSI. The incumbent shares full responsibility with the Associate Commissioner and collaborates in all functions of the Office, including planning, formulation, adoption and execution of policies, objectives and goals relating to present and future Office operations. The DAC, OESSI Is responsible for providing expert knowledge of agency electronic business processes, as well as the electronic disability systems functionality. Serves as the focal point for all electronic initiatives affecting OHO nationwide, and defining and prioritizing OHO's electronic service needs. Oversees the delivery of office automation and data processing support to all OHO components, including site preparations and installations/upgrades of workstations, servers, and other IT equipment across OHO. Oversees and coordinates all telecommunications activities across OHO nationwide. Is responsible for the oversight and leadership of OHO's nationwide systems security operations, including classified information security, in support of all OHO business processes.
