The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking a robust software solution that is capable of monitoring the accessibility and response times for SSA internet and intranet applications. SSA is looking to acquire a vendor-supported COTS package to provide this same accessibility from the end user perspective. The solution must be capable of monitoring applications that run on mainframes, distributed servers, as well as in or from the Cloud, and interfacing with content delivery networks.
