RFQ ID: RFQ1616042 Set-Aside Type: N/A MAS Category/SIN: MAS:54151S Description THIS IS A SMALL DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The OCC requires support for its Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes and the management of its data ingestion, validation, and integrity checking workflows. The Contractor shall support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the ETL processes for delivery of economics research and bank supervision data. Support includes creating and maintaining technical documentation, defect resolution, execution of ETL processes, and development of ETL processes that are compatible with Amazon Web Services (AWS). All ETL and data ingestion processes shall be transitioned to a cloud environment 6 months from the date of award. The Contractor shall develop the plans, documentation, and other technical artifacts to support this transformation of ETL processes to the cloud environment and include processes for automating each job. The contractor will support the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process, providing information necessary to satisfy ATO data call, such as configuration, information about the ETL process, etc. Transforming the ETL processes should be completed 6 months from the date of award. The contractor shall be responsible for transforming the ETL processes to the cloud environment and continue with the operational support.
