G2X TAKE: From a field of 12 bidders, two firms – SDVOSB The Dalton Gang (TDG) and service-disabled Veteran-owned Excelatech Solutions - have been named to this 7-year IDIQ intended to assist the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) to develop, manage and maintain current enterprise wide systems and applications in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Software Development Lifecycle within the Information Management and Technology directorate. The G2X team was unable to find a website for Excelatech, but we will note that the company identifies the current CEO and COO for The Green Technology Group (TGTG) as primary points of contact, and it lists TGTG and Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) as being in the ownership chain. This is the first Prime award for this SDVOSB that we can find with any agency. The mission of the Bureau of Reclamation is to manage, develop, and protect water and related resources in an environmentally and economically sound manner in the interest of the American public. It operates with an annual budget of $1.073B and serves as a technical resource for water users and planners.
