After a protest dismissal on October 25, 2022 and the award decision related to the Department of Homeland Security‘s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) contract was confirmed in SAM.gov on January 19, Excalibur Solutions has filed a second protest on January 31, 2023.
