Develops and implements governance and project management procedures, tools, templates, activities, and infrastructure to align program business practices with government-wide regulations and policies.
Provides expertise in and leads development of the IT budget for the division and serves as principal liaison with the rest of the Agency regarding IT budget formulation.
Formulates and administers management processes for program decisions.
Provides leadership in regular annual and special program planning activities that focus on both short-term and long-term planning and provides guidance to and coordination among branch chiefs in the Division planning process.
Provides program management oversight of division projects, counsel, and advice on a wide range of issues and assists in developing and implementing plans that significantly affect the successful delivery of programs.
Analyzes new or proposed policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation having impact on the program's activities. Identifies the nature and degree of effect and recommends the preferred method of action.
Prepares special reports, program materials, special surveys, and reviews as required.
Performs all administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
