Notice ID: 12441923Q0122 Description This Statement of Work (SOW) involves two primary tasks: maintenance and modernization. Maintenance This involves tasks in support of training, user support, software testing, and mentoring Forest Service employees serving under MOUs in support roles for the three applications.  It includes: a) Updating user documentation, developing training materials, and training users both online and in person. b) Assisting with developing a robust training program that provides a mix of online self-study and instructor-led training. c) Supporting critical field work and analysis by serving as level 2 desktop support. d) Serve as a technical specialist or subject matter expert, providing information to developers about design and use of the applications. e) Identifying necessary bug fixes and enhancements and creating issues in GitHub. Modernization This task is in support of modernizing the applications to the Next-Gen environment.  This includes: Providing technical and business expertise. Testing. Mentoring of MOUs.
