Vendor shall also perform program and project management for work performed under this contract. The support provided should align with CFO/CIO and FAR regulatory requirements and Capital Planning and Investment control phases processes. Vendor performance will be based on accepted industry standard methodologies such as Project Management Institute practices and Capability Maturity Model  Integration (CMMI). Vendor shall provide expertise in Business Process Engineering (BPE), Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Earned Value Management (EVM), Technology Business Management (TBM), Portfolio, MProgram, and Project Management, and the FITARA Management Maturity Model.
