Vendor shall also perform program and project management for work performed under this contract. At the Enterprise level, vendor shall support strategic business and technical planning, enterprise architecture governance, technology strategy and decision-making, and solution architecture. Vendor performance will be based on accepted industry standard methodologies such as Project Management Institute practices and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
