Notice ID: 6HQOIG-23-A-0007 Description This is a sources sought/RFI under The United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). USPS OIG is seeking vendors/suppliers who can provide graph database and analytics for a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to host internal agency data in a distributed and scalable database system which supports graph data storage and manipulation. The Research and Insight Solution Center (RISC) is the chief data and research component of USPS OIG. It serves as the source for agency-wide data-based initiatives, the hub for analytic tools and services, and the advocate for advancements in data technology. RISC is working to transform the USPS OIG into a datacentric organization that employs data in innovative ways to drive value throughout the agency. For this effort, RISC is seeking to add graph database and analytics for a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to our existing data analytics and reporting technology stack, to provide insights for investigative and audit teams into the detection of fraud, waste, and abuse.
