Notice ID: USPTO-SOL-23-0000 Description In August 2022, the USPTO posted a request for information and notice of vendor engagement on SAM titled Patent-End-To-End Search Artificial Intelligence Capability - USPTO-RFI-23-0000.   In an effort to provide transparency and additional clarity for this requirement, the USPTO is releasing a user flow screen sample of the current Patent Search Artificial Intelligence (PSAI) for informational purposes only. The user flow screens demonstrate the complexity and exchange of information (inputs/outputs) of the current AI search capabilities for patents including More Like This Document (MLTD) and Similarity Search (SIMSEARCH).  The layout will continue to evolve as the user experience matures, but the input/output governing information exchange will remain consistent. The USPTO intends to post a solicitation for the Patent-End-To-End Search Artificial Intelligence requirement on SAM in late 2023.  No questions, phone calls or emails will be accepted at this time.
