We invite proposals in the $1,000-$10,000 range for the 2025 American Center Vientiane Small Grants Program, pending funding availability. The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Vientiane reserves the right to award less or more than the amount of funds described in the absence of worthy applications or under such other circumstances as they may deem to be in the best interest of the U.S. government.
