The Human Capital Data Analytics/Workforce Planning Program in OHC directly supports the CMS strategy to Modernize CMS and improve our administrative processes by leveraging technology and automation. The purpose of this procurement is to support OHC in developing the workforce analytics products it can provide to its customers and train OHC staff with the expertise they need to maximize the capabilities of the SAP/Success Factors tool. Support Services are needed to train OHC staff on the use of the tools and management of the project to make those SAP products available to OHC stakeholders.
The contract will provide the needed support to OHC staff, who have very limited experience with the analytics tools that these new SAP/Success Factors licenses provide. This request for support includes identifying those OHC implementation requirements, working with OHC workforce data stakeholders to identify their specific needs, managing OHC implementation activities, training staff on the new applications and assisting in the rollout of any new workforce data products that are created.
The scope also includes configuration of the dash boards and reporting, such as data-access roles, a training plan for CMS end-users, and the development of a change management approach. It is important to emphasize that this request is in close coordination and is a necessary compliment to (and not intended to overlap with) the purchase of the services that are part of the SAP/Success Factors Workforce Analytics/Workforce Planning licenses by OIT.
The purpose of this contract is to provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the Staff in OHC in order to meet ever-changing demands from CMS managers and employees that require expertise in workforce data analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and configuration of role-based access using the SAP Tools
