Duties Providing day-to-day leadership and guidance, both technical and administrative, to assigned staff. Developing and preparing regular data reports demonstrating home energy cost increases disproportionately affect households living in rural areas, tribal lands, and with members from vulnerable or disadvantaged communities. Develop a long-term strategy to support a comprehensive and deliberate approach to data analysis and evidence-based decision-making. Developing, implementing, and overseeing a strategic plan for using data, including administrative, budgetary, programmatic, monitoring, research, and evaluative data, to support evidence-based decision-making within LIHEAP. Overseeing the collection, analysis, and sharing of LIHEAP data, including developing, modifying, and implementing quarterly and annual reports for approximately 200 grant recipients.
