G2X TAKE: It has been an exciting year for small business and CMS SPARC Prime, NewWave as, in addition to the announcement they recently opened a new 7200 sq. ft. Collaboration Center and Innovation Lab near CMS and SSA for the purpose of sparking creativity and innovation between itself, partners and customers, they have been awarded several significant contract wins at CMS, to include the latest award where they beat out 17 other bidders for the 5-year IDOS support task.  The latest award to NewWave builds on several big wins this team has seen at CMS this year, to include a $70M task to provide a range of IT, help desk/call center and business operations support services for the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug, CMS Shared Shavings Programs (SSPs), ACO, and Innovation Models and a 5-year task awarded to their JV to provide CMS with full lifecycle operations, operational support, and maintenance support to the Data Extraction System (DESY) and Decision Support Access Facility (DSAF) systems.  The end of fiscal year 2018 is following a similar pattern to what CEO Patrick Munis and the team at NewWave experienced at the end of FY17 when they picked up a string of notable wins, to include the highly sought after $23.5M MACBIS Systems Integrator contract.
