Plan and implement the applicant evaluation and assessment program for NIH.
Draft operational guidance (e.g. use of assessments, drafting job analysis, system guidance, etc.).
Advise HR specialists and supervisors/managers on recruitment, examination and selection requirements and processes, especially as it relates to delegated examining and direct-hire recruitments.
Serve as a subject matter expert to an HR Information Technology team to ensure talent acquisition systems (i.e., USA Staffing) follow established business practices.
