G2X TAKE: VetsEZ, a technology consultancy who maintains expertise in the area of Healthcare IT and Benefits Delivery, recently picked up this 4.5-year Veterans Affairs task to provide an integration solution and development and sustainment support services related to the State Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). This task was competed on T4NG, drawing one other bid.
The focus for the task will be to provide a solution which automatically connects to a clearinghouse from Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) to include providing services such as analysis, management, planning, development, designing, integration, testing, and implementation of MISSION Act Section 134.
Led by James Miner, President & Chief Executive Officer, and Sanjay Dhar, Executive VP and CIO, the VetsEZ team maintains Prime access to a number of key contract vehicles, to include T4NG, VETS 2, VECTOR and CIO-SP3 SB.
For this effort, VetsEZ shall support Project Management, Requirements Elaboration, Build/Sprint Planning, Software Design and Development, System Engineering, Configuration Management, Unit Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Cybersecurity Testing and Remediation, Acceptance Testing, Performance & Regression Testing, System and Software Documentation, Risk and Defect Management, System and Performance Metrics Capture, Release and Deployment, and Training.
