G2X TAKE: VetsEZ, a mature and agile service-disabled Veteran-owned small business provider of information technology services, just beat out three other bidders to be awarded a three-year task with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide VBMS Deployment Support, to include Help Desk Tier 2 activities, and overall process improvement. Over the period of performance, VBMS is expected to undergo significant process and software changes and continuation of high ticket and user counts.
