Notice ID 36C10B22Q0558 3.0 Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for eCAMS and support to implement change requests within the eCAMS system. O&M support includes defect resolution, technical support, and installing software patches/upgrades from CNSI. Change requests include business rule changes, code changes, integration with new VA interfaces, and implementing new healthcare program offerings. Activities included in this support include configuration, implementation, integration, testing, deployment of software, training, maintenance, and technical support in accordance with paragraph 5 and its sub-paragraphs.
