Duties Manages highly technical staff overseeing the development of innovative telehealth technology along with national clinical workload and data analysis related to clinical operations, human resources management, labor management relations, quality assurance program management, complex physician scheduling and related business functions. Provides direction and oversight regarding the development and execution of NTSP's strategic healthcare delivery plan. Directs the NTSP program for which both the scope and impact of the program are agency wide and across VHA to drive radical improvement in NTSP practices and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning in all aspects of NTSP care. Oversees the daily operation of multiple work units and ensures that agency policies and priorities are being followed; develops performance standards; and evaluates work performance of subordinates.
