Summary The Executive Director, Portfolio Management is responsible for a large portfolio of custom code, low/no-code, and SaaS software products. The software products are internal-facing software products that support business operations. The Executive Director sets Portfolio vision and strategy; establish priorities, budgets, acquisitions, and staffing plans; managing the complete DevOps life cycle. Duties The Executive Director, Portfolio Management position is located in Software Product Management Services, Office of Information and Technology with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: Provides oversight and direction to Portfolio Directors and Product Line Manager who manage complex product lines, products, and projects. Overseeing the formulation of standards for information integrity; interoperability, and customer usability as measurements of the quality of the system-wide product line and its manufacturing process. Overseeing the development/purchase, design & implementation of technical solutions necessary to support agency development initiatives and the One-VA concept.
