G2X TAKE: Melanie O'Conor, building on perspective gained serving more than 15 years at Veterans Affairs in roles of progressive responsibility, has been tapped to be Executive Management Officer in the Veterans Benefits Administration's Strategic Program Management Office.  Melanie brings recent experience leading a team of Senior CX Strategists overseeing the CX portfolios of VBA lines of business and offices by providing expert knowledge and management to all aspects of CX including human centered design, survey design and implementation, insights, analysis, and improvements.  In this role, Melanie will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day SPMO operations, strategy, budget, human capital, communications, enterprise portfolio management, and stakeholder relations.
