Telecommunications Licensing Requirement: Offerors must be legally authorized to provide mobile telecommunications services within Singapore. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 and applicable host country laws and regulations, the successful offeror shall possess all required licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the appropriate Government of Singapore authorities to provide or resell mobile telecommunications services. Offerors shall provide proof of such authorization with their proposal.
