Registration and Questions: Virtual one-on-one sessions will be held on 16-17 June 2026. These sessions are limited to 15 minutes per vendor. All participants must register No Later Than 09 June 2026 by 1600 HST by emailing the Primary and Alternate POCs a completed Attachment 03 Registration and Questions Form 16-17 June. Registration is limited to 3 representatives per company. Vendors are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time in the space provided in Attachment 03 to maximize the limited time in the one-on-one session.
All one-on-one Sessions will be recorded. Additionally, transcripts of all questions and government responses, as well as the attendance roster will be published to SAM.gov following the event.
