Community Treatment Services (CTS) Telehealth Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks a contractor to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) by telehealth services only (TeleMAT) to male and female offenders in community placement in Residential Reentry Centers, on Home Confinement (HC), or on Federal Location Monitoring. All TeleMAT services must be provided by practitioners licensed and certified to provide MAT in the states where services will be rendered. TeleMAT services must be delivered by telehealth only and must be provided to Bureau offenders residing in the following locations (at a minimum): Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. TeleMAT services may expand to additional locations to provide MAT to offenders residing in states not listed. Performance periods under this contract will be from May 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 with a possible six-month extension period. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor: Medication-Assisted Treatment Services Medication-Assisted Treatment Services: TeleMAT Buprenorphine Follow-Up and Report= 200 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 725 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Naltrexone Follow-Up and Report= 90 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 425 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Buprenorphine Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 40 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 125 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Naltrexone Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 15 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 75 Units Estimated Maximum Medication-Assisted Treatment Services Six-Month Extension Medication-Assisted Treatment Services: TeleMAT Buprenorphine Follow-Up and Report= 120 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 600 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Naltrexone Follow-Up and Report= 50 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 300 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Buprenorphine Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 25 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 100 Units Estimated Maximum TeleMAT Naltrexone Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 10 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 60 Units Estimated Maximum The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Statement of Work, Community Treatment Services, Medication-Assisted Treatment, February 2022.
