AMENDED Notice of Solicitation for Concession Opportunity for Traditional Bathhouse Services and Massage Therapy Services within Hot Springs National Park

The National Park Service MWR Midwest Region (60000) is soliciting proposals for a new ten-year concession contract to provide traditional bathhouse services and massage therapy services within Hot Springs National Park, located in Arkansas. This solicitation, identified by number CC-HOSP002-27, is classified under NAICS code 713990 for All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries and PSC code M1FB for the operation of recreational buildings. There is no set-aside assigned to this opportunity. Responses are due by April 3, 2026.

The selected concessioner will operate the Buckstaff Bathhouse, which will undergo renovations and improvements resulting in no deferred maintenance.
