In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **OHD LLP**, located at 2200 Resource Dr Birmingham, AL 35242. OHD is the manufacturer to supply and support the Aerofit Respirator Fit Testing systems currently needed to maintain OSHA requirements. Due to the nature of this system, no other vendor is qualified to provide or install compatible replacement components or perform associated repairs without compromising the integrity, certification, and warranty of the system. OHD LLP Aerofit standalone capabilities will reduce delays in OSHA respitor fit testing for hospital staff.
