Janitorial Services

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for providing janitorial services for all office buildings of the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, as well as four (4) government owned or leased residences located in the Brussels metropolitan area. Your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Janitorial Services Proposal Enclosed" to the U.S. Embassy, Regentlaan/Bd. Du Rgent 27, 1000 Brussels on or before 16:00 Hrs. on March 26, 2020. No proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Pricing Schedule 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications; 4. Additional information as required in Section 3. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. See Section 3 (ADDENDUM) of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) for more information. The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
