5.0 RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS:
Submission: Please submit RFI response via email in a “.pdf” file type, to Ms. Takamma Wallace-Berry at email address: [email protected]. Please use this title in your email “RFI – Programmatic and Administrative Support Services”.
Due Date: RFI response submission is due by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
Page Limit: Limit your total written response to 5 pages, Times New Roman (12-point Font). The use of a cover page and/or table of contents does not count toward the page limit.
A vendor responding to this RFI with generic material only, such as brochures or advertisements, is highly discouraged.
With exception of (h), all respondents SHALL address the following in their reply:

d. Respondent/organization shall describe experience of a similar nature and magnitude, as compared to the tasks outlined in the draft PWS.
e. Does the respondent/organization have the capability to meet the requirements of draft PWS Section Part 5.0 Specific Tasks? If yes, please provide details to support.
f. Does the draft PWS provide sufficient detail to define the requirement? If not, what questions do respondents have regarding details in the draft PWS?
g. What concerns or questions do respondents have, as it pertains to creating a proposal, using the provided sample instructions to offerors (technical approach) and information in the draft PWS?
h. Respondents may provide any other detail(s)/explanation(s)/question(s) pertaining to any perceived barrier(s) that would prevent creating a clear and competitive proposal, using the sample instructions to offerors (technical approach) and draft PWS.
