3. Requirement & Scope of Work
The Government is seeking sources capable of providing the TACAN Shore Based Antenna with the capability to directly interface with the AN/URN-32. The Antenna must include an Antenna Controller and must meet all applicable standards as described in the attached specification and Statement of Work (SOW). NAVAIR intends to procure 2 test units, and four (4) option years of production with an estimated maximum of 5 units per year. The estimated period of performance would be five (5) years.
4. Requested Information from Interested Parties
Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement package. The submission should be concise, well-organized, and demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirement. Submission must be complete and sufficiently detailed. Statements should be on sources’ letterhead. Please address the following in your response:

5. Submission Instructions
Format: Responses must be submitted electronically via email. Page size shall be 8.5 x 11 inches with a font size of 12-point Times New Roman.
Page Limit: The total response shall not exceed ten (10) pages. The cover page and table of contents (if included) do not count towards the page limit.
Deadline: All responses must be received by 30 April 2026 no later than 2:00 PM EDT. Late responses will not be accepted.
