Research Participant Recruiting

The Department of Labor, through the Office of the Senior Procurement Executive and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, is conducting market research to support the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Office of Survey Methods Research (OSMR). This Sources Sought notice, identified by solicitation number OAA-26-00192, seeks information on potential solutions for recruiting research study participants. The primary objectives include identifying and verifying eligible participant pools, scheduling individuals for small-scale studies, managing monetary incentive payments, and maintaining records and signatures in compliance with BLS confidentiality and privacy standards.

The selected provider will be responsible for providing real-time or periodic status updates and summary reports to BLS/OSMR.
