STATEMENT OF WORK For each specific task order, the contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and other incidental work required to complete the requirement. Other incidental work required includes any and all items necessary to ensure a complete, usable and maintainable final product including any design or demolition work not specifically stated elsewhere in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall visit the project site; collect required data about existing structures, surroundings, appurtenance and all items that will be affected by the work requested in the task order as related to this project; and verify existing conditions. The contractor shall be responsible for the verification of the actual site condition and the accuracy of this information to ensure adequacy of the design and successful construction. This is an IQ? Contract for construction maintenance, equipment procurement, repair, alteration, and minor new construction at Naval Air Station, New Orleans, LA and other installations serviced by the Public Works Department New Orleans. Projects may be Design Build or Design Bid Build. A Negotiated Task Order Seed? Project will be awarded with the contract to satisfy the MINIMUM GARUNTEE of $10,000.00. Wage Determinations; Liquidated Damages; Period of Performances; Statement of Works; Payment Office; and Invoicing Instruction will be cited per Task Order under this Contract.
