Project and Engineering Support Services II (PESS II) Extension

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) issued a Justification and Approval (J&A) to extend contract 80ARC021D0001 with Millennium Engineering and Integration Services (MEIS). This Project and Engineering Support Services II (PESS II) extension provides engineering support to help the Ames Research Center (ARC) meet mission goals through the design and proposal of new mission concepts and the manufacturing and demonstration of engineering products. The extension period consists of a twelve-month base year and two six-month option periods, totaling two years of performance from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028. The underlying agreement is a cost-plus-fixed-fee hybrid contract that includes firm-fixed price components for phase-in and cost-plus-fixed-fee components for management, core technical, and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity requirements. Supporting activities occur across various ARC facilities, including aerospace and aeronautics facilities, research laboratories, wind tunnels, flight operations centers, and fabrication shops.
