ACC-Orlando PALT Update Session Schedule for CY 2026

The Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL), is hosting a series of Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions throughout calendar year 2026. These sessions, overseen by the ACC-ORL Director and Senior Contracting Official, are designed to improve communication between the government and industry stakeholders regarding professional simulation support services, classified under PSC R412. The schedule includes PALT sessions in January, February, April, May, July, September, and November, as well as Technical Exchange sessions hosted by the Capability Portfolio Executive Simulation Training and Instrumentation (CPE STRI) in March and August. No set-aside is designated for this special notice, identified by solicitation number W900KK-ACCORLANDO-PALT-SCHEDULE-2026.

Each sixty-minute session will follow a hybrid format, accommodating up to 150 in-person participants in Orlando, Florida, and up to 300 virtual participants via MS Teams. These sessions function as open forums where industry partners may request updates on specific current or future procurements through a question-and-answer period. Government acquisition leaders will address inquiries without disclosing procurement-sensitive information or violating source selection integrity. The schedule also highlights industry events including TSIS 2026 in June, the AUSA Annual Meeting & Expo in October, and I/ITSEC in December.

Attendance requires an individual RSVP for each session as there is no standing invite list, with instructions posted to SAM.gov following the conclusion of the preceding session.
