Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care, in Seattle, WA intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Advanced Accelerator Applications 350 5th Ave Suite 6902, New York, New York. Advanced Accelerator Applications USA is a small business vendor, registered with the SBA. This proposed action is to purchase 15 units of a radiopharmaceutical Ga-68 Dotatate Netspot for the Nuclear Medicine department of the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. This drug was approved by the FDA as an orphan drug in Jun 2016, and as such the researcher/manufacturer (Advanced Accelerator Applications) has exclusive distribution rights for the next 7 years (beginning Jun 2016).
