Notice of intent to sole source janitorial services

The United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Principal Building Services for janitorial services at its facility located at 100 Pearl Street in New York, New York. The performance period covers one year of service. The government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) because the required services must be provided by a vendor that is properly unionized and approved by the building management with appropriate access credentials.
