Z--Magazine and inert building maintenance and repairs at the NavalSupport Activity (NSA Crane)

Provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation,supervision, quality control, and management necessary to perform magazineand inert building maintenance and repairs at the Naval Support Activity(NSA Crane), Crane, Indiana, by means of an indefinite quantity typecontract with a one time guaranteed minimum of $50,000.00. The totalcontract maximum is $10 million. The solicitation contains provisions fora 12-month base period, plus two 12-month option periods to be exercised atthe discretion of the Government. The term of the contract shall not exceed36 months or the total value of the contract shall not exceed $10.0 million,whichever comes first. The solicitation is for all work associated with magazine and inert buildingmaintenance and repairs including but not limited to concrete installationand removal, replacement of entire or portions of concrete docks,replacement of entire or portions of wing walls, replacement of steel doors,lead paint removal, replacement of dead lights, dome repair and replacement,grounding, seeding, mulching, removal and installation of bumper blocks,excavation, backfilling, and incidental related work. New magazine and inert building construction is not included. While it isthe Government's intent to utilize the contract resulting from thissolicitation to accomplish magazine and inert building maintenance andrepairs.
