This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued by the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 80NSSC21Q0026 for an agency-wide single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ordering National Instruments (NI) brand name hardware and software products, hardware and software maintenance, and training/consulting services. The contract will be firm fixed price and the period of performance will cover a base year and four (4) option years and an option to extend services for up to six months, commencing on April 30, 2021 and ending on October 29, 2026, if all options are exercised. (Dates are subject to change based on award date) The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 2021-05. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334118 and 1000 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.
