Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 36C25026P0651, Cepheid GeneXpert Product Service Code: 6640 NAICS Code: 325413 Place of Performance: Louis Stokes Cleveland Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Cepheid, 904 East Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 on a sole source basis to supply Cepheid GeneXpert to the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than May 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, to [email protected]. When responding to this announcement, respondents should reference 36C25026P0651, Cepheid GeneXpert in the subject line. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required supplies/services.
