Children's Waiting Room Internet

The Department of the Army, MICC-FDO FT HOOD, has issued solicitation W56ZLW26Q0008 for commercial internet services at Fort Bliss, Texas. This requirement is a small business set-aside designated under SBA SBA, classified under NAICS 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers and PSC DG10 IT AND TELECOM - NETWORK AS A SERVICE. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining reliable internet and wireless connections for the Mendoza Soldier Family Care Clinic Children’s Waiting Room (CWR) and the WBAMC East Clinic CWR. Connection speeds must be at least 200Mbps and shall not exceed 500Mbps.

The contractor must maintain a physical presence at Fort Bliss to access the sites and perform necessary work. Administrative requirements include monthly invoicing on a single consolidated document for all accounts and strict compliance with Federal, Texas, and New Mexico laws, OSHA regulations, and Army installation standards. The government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of connections via contract modification.
