2. TMEP2 Contract Overview
The purpose of TMEP2 is to acquire claims processing and associated customer support services for beneficiaries eligible for both Medicare and TRICARE. DHA plans to award the TMEP2 contract to a single qualified prime contractor using full and open competition. The current TMEP contract expires on March 30, 2028.
A draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for TMEP2 was posted on November 25, 2025, to SAM.gov (please see “Links” section below).
