A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you submit a capability statement, you must provide verifiable proof of certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Stratasys Inc., to perform the services, repairs, and updates as required in the Emerald Care 900MC annual service plan.
