Performance is centered in Chantilly, Virginia, categorized under NAICS 541519 for Other Computer Related Services and PSC AZ13. The procurement recognizes Radiant as the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and prime integrator of the RGT Prototype system. The RGT was originally developed to provide ground station software for commercial imagery providers, including MacDonald, Dettwiler, and Associates, DigitalGlobe, and GeoEye, to allow direct access and processing of satellite data. Following a series of mergers and acquisitions, Radiant now maintains exclusive ownership of the proprietary data and intellectual property required to maintain and operate the system.

Due to the consolidation of these commercial imagery providers, the government has identified Radiant as the only vendor capable of performing RGT services. This scope includes developing the software necessary to make the RGT operational and integrating commercial data to ensure the system remains functional for military applications.
